Gabriel Arango yosoymut — Tractatus gave me a dull, achy throbbing behind my eyes. I have to admit most of it is beyond me. I made attempts to research the sudden downpour of terms, but even wikipedia was no help. I flashed back to my struggles with Baudrillard and his nonsense. He does appear to be pretty pompous when he makes adjustments to Russell's and Frege's work. Thankfully, by the fourth of seven points, I began to grasp a little of his thinking, though I may never understand what's going on with those formulas. Though many agree that the overall concept is blurry and flawed (even the author recanted much of it later), I steadily got the impression that it was genius nonetheless. Even if it's virtually incomprehensible to a readership not versed in his terminology, plugging away through it can't hurt. There are moments of lucidity that even apply to everyday reasoning. I feel like I should come back to it someday.

Jason Cabrera jdcab — fun read. reminds me of the little prince, except the little prince is much more simple and better, in my opinion.
