This was a really good book. Certainly challenged me to look at life and death a little differently. I found it hard to relate the fact that God was a women in the book. It all came together in the end, although I admit at times I was utterly confused.

I recently picked up a very old Mother Goose book; probably belonged to my mom. It was on my daughter’s book shelf with the cover ripped off. I began to reread the rhymes/stories and WOW, it is a very morbid book... pick it up again and read through some of them, you may be a little surprised. From locking your wife in a pumpkin to biting off noses, I'm not so sure this book should be advertised anymore as a children’s classic.

uummm... I liked the first one in the series so much more than this one, of course there was too much sex but my main problem was with the characters, they just didn't make much sense and the whole thing felt forced to me. Jazz was her birthday present... wow, talk about a big ego!, but the worst part was when she got all happy about it and bent over to get her present from her best friend's brother who she had barely talked to in the past months. She was so silly, her reactions didn't quite go with a 40-year-old woman and neither the "innocent" aura she had going on... and what's with the tattoo?, I would never, ever! let a guy put his name on me... that's just stupid.
