Hits the important points of the theory, and I often see it referenced as a standard textbook.

Sweet Valley High, Book 1: Double Love It's no wonder that I had unrealistic views Of the world after Reading this bullshit Series so avidly. Jess Is a bitch; Liz is A doormat. The Sweet Valleyans are moronic Gossips. Jessica Tries to steal Liz's Crush. Liz cries a lot. Jess jumps Into a Porsche with A cheeseball wanna- Be date rapist who takes her To a bar (gasp!). Cop Takes her home. She lets The cop believe she's Eliz. Much gossip ensues. The whole school believes This BS; not one soul stops To think, hey, maybe We're gossiping 'bout The wrong twin! MORONS. Jess goes To the dance with Todd, Liz's crush. Dances Sexily. Liz goes with a Dork, because she's nice That way. Side stories Abound, but they are even More dull than the main One. Cheesy dude Rick "Talked the way he drove - fast and Dangerously." He Also nicknames Jess "Heaven." Is anyone else Here suppressing the Urge to vomit? Jess Claims Todd wouldn't keep his hands Off her. Liz: repulsed. Rick tries to kidnap The girls and take them to the Evil bar. Todd saves The day. Liz and Todd Realize Jess's lies. They kiss. Liz is in love. Dumb, Melodramatic Language abounds. Oh, did I Mention Liz irons Her jeans? She does. And She gets the school to once more Confuse the twins with Each other so that Jessica gets thrown in the Pool. The End. (And I Will never get those Two hours of my life back.) Francine Pascal sucks. I hope you enjoyed This foray down Memory Lane. Dare I read more?

Listened to the audiobook from Audible... How does Bernard Cornwell do it? How does he make a time period so far removed, and so very different, from our own seem so real and alive? I'm a huge Cornwell fan, and this is definitely one of his best works. If you have any interest at all in medieval warfare, you need to experience this book. Be warned, though... this is one of the most brutally violent books I've ever read, and I've read a lot of brutally violent books.

A western starring all of the country-rock stars of the Southern California seventies. Glenn Frey is fistfighting hero, bemoaning his drowned horse. It turns out that the whole western is only going on in the heads of the self-obsessed musicians, who have ritualistically eaten handfulls of tequila worms that they have been saving all summer. Hilarious.

This book was sweet. Ah to be a teenage girl again! It really reminded me a lot of me in my teens. It was a quick read, but had some really great lessons!

Lora Leigh is one of my favourites, so I expected to be charmed by another breed story, but unforunately I wasn't. Lawe's Justice simply failed to pull me in. I just didn't care about the characters and the struggle between Lawe and Diane. The search for answers has such a high priority in this book that it made the book feel unfinished to me when the end came before they achieved what they set out to do. I realise that it's part of the storyline that continues throughout the series, but it felt like the main storyline in this book. However, I did like the book, just not as much as I usually do.

This is a good play about a murder of a priest by soldiers of Henry II. I enjoyed reading it and would really love to see it on stage.

Well I went to Paige Tyler's website and confirmed it for myself...yes, she does have spanking in her stories. What a unique author, don't you think? This was a really fun read! Story goes...Jennifer Davidson is a shy librarian, who actually writes erotica under a pseudonym. Her boyfriend, Nik Evans saw one of her work, read through it and discovered his girlfriend's kinky imagination and fetish for spanking...which they eventually did often. Even in the library. *gasp* My thoughts...who says the library is only for reading and studying? LOL...It was a really fun book. I never read any other books that have spanking but Paige Tyler's idea of foreplay is surely whooping it up...and I mean with the girl thrown over the guy's lap and the guy bringing down his hand repeatedly over and over in a play of discipline and heating up what comes afterward *brows waggling*... Read also The Cutler Brothers Series, where spanking is very, very...fun!
