Jamie and Claire have many rollicking adventures through the next 5 Gabaldon novels: Dragonfly in Amber, Voyager,Drums of Autumn, Fiery Cross, and A Breath Of Snow and Ashes. Two more books are expected in the series. The characters come to life so real that you expect to meet them daily and the books are addictive and full of the author's rich knowledge of plant biology and history (she is a Ph.D in both subjects and was a professor before the Outlander book became a runaway best seller). Despite the romance these books are history, biology, politics, drama, war, peace, relationships and FUN...what a ride!

I first started reading Dervla Murphy's travel books when I was traveling in Southeast Asia. Now, she is one of my favorite all-time authors. It's difficult to find her books though especially in Seoul. I've probably read Cameroon with Egbert about five times. Before I read this book, I didn't even know where Cameroon was much less the history of Western Africa.
