Definitely my favorite of the latest trilogy, loved Jared and Mia together she was definitely badass and its always good to see the mysterious bad boy finally get what de deserved. I rate it 5 stars!

I found the people in this book slightly creepy. But it's in the nature of the subject matter, and it is a very thought-provoking book, told from the point of view of people different from us in basic ways (as a result of technological tampering) with whom we can nevertheless identify. I do think it's a worthwhile read.

Another great book by Fannie Flagg. My dad actually suggested I read this since he had enjoyed it and one of the main characters is involved in the broadcasting industry...but really, that's only a small part of what it's all about! A good read for those who like fiction about small town America set earlier in the 20th century. If you enjoy this book, don't miss Fannie Flagg's Standing in the Rainbow, which is set in the same town and gives a lot of background on some of the characters.

Joss Whedon tells a fun, back in time, steam-punk superhero story with a lot of plot twists. Almost too much for me to follow. Great dialogue and ideas explored, including a quick argument concerning homosexuality and underage marriage between the two children Molly and Klara. Sad that Whedon only did five issues for volume 8. Glad he did any though!
