I can't remember this book too terribly well, which shows I suppose that I didn't love it with any extraordinary fervor. Still, it's a classic of the 20th century, and worth reading for that reason alone. Hemingway's narrative style was groundbreaking in his day, as was his use of an objective POV.

Loved this book! I bought it in a bookstore in Oaxaca, Mexico and during my whole trip could not put it down! Highly recommended to people who enjoy reading travel books. She travels to a variety of place; Mexico, Bali, Borneo, New Zealand, and even the good ol' Northwest United states. Good stuff.

This book is amazing!!! But beware you will cry. This book is about a child getting abused and his will to survive. The boy is only six and its sick what his mother dose to him. The thing that makes the story even sadder is that the author of the book is the actual child in the book. so read it to find out what happens when you have a mother who hates you, and what will David do to survive.

This book probably gets an extra star solely for being another Ender book, but then, that doesn't explain my reaction to Children of the Mind. Let's just say it was very good, and I was satisfied.

I really enjoy Wodehouse but this particular title was not my favorite. I preferred some of the titles with a little bit of a longer story arc. This one mostly includes stories about Bingo Little falling in love with every girl he meets then dragging Bertie "into the soup" when he mucks it up. Naturally this means that Jeeves must get Bertie out of "the soup." Laugh out loud funny and I do recommend it, but I would start with another Jeeves and Wooster title to really help get the feel before diving into this one.
