Rob Pereira _arshall — I haven't even read this book and I can still say, with confidence, that it sucks fish guts off of a herpes-infected sailor's love spuds. If you need to know "the secret," you can just ask one of the millions of sexually unsatisfied women in their mid-forties who believe that anyone is even remotely interested in their sagging buttocks and have read this book. Or you could nail your eyeball to an aluminum frying pan over a hot burner, either way.

Yichen Huang yichenh — Since my Robin Hood show (BBC) is between seasons, I thought I'd try a book to get my Robin Hood fix. I had the hardest time getting into this book, and it all felt very vague. Personally, I felt as though Robin was a minor character throughout the story. I liked Little John's character, but there wasn't much else that stuck out. The romance between Robin Hood and Marian seemed off somehow too. I guess that I expected a lot more from this, but was disappointed.

Andrey Volinets _ndrey_olinets — Although I occasionally found the writing style a bit too "anthropology student in the field" the story itself was compelling enough to hold my interest. It's a fine reminder that no matter how advanced and intelligent we as a species are, the vast impersonal forces of nature will always be bigger than us.

Lynn Xu _eery_xu — Jeffrey Deaver has really stepped up his game with this novel. If you would like a character-driven twisty-turny good read, I highly recommend this. What seems to start out as a run of the mill police call turns into a marathon of gut wrenching hide and seek.Just when you think you have things figured out, Deaver pulls the rug out from under you. Don't miss this really great book. I'm hoping for these characters to come back in a second book to start a series.
