Maria Pereira mariafpereiram — The book was surprisingly thorough when it comes to the history of Google. Reading the eBook, it had links throughout the book to delve deeper on a certain topic with news articles and blog posts written at the time. This made the book even richer than what it already was. It goes all the way up to the Google Buzz blunder, and the start of Google+. The book did seem like it was written in a bit of a halo... focusing heavily on the positive, when the negative came around, if you wanted a *real* view, that's when the outside links came in handy. That being its only issue (which, wasn't really an issue at all, I didn't have to do searching myself to find out more on the topic, it was all very easily found and included in relevant spots). I'd recommend any who uses Google services to read this book, to find out the mindset of the company behind your gmail, calendar, and phone services.

Eli Voogt elivoogt — This was a difficult book to read considering the subject. I couldn't put it down, however. Jay Asher did an amazing job getting into the head of high schoolers. He really showed how our actions do indeed affect others. This book is a must read for teenagers and their parents!

Isadora Nicolau isadoranic939b — I have a love-hate relationship with this series: I love to read it and I hate that I love it. Robert Jordan continues the same modus-operandi here as the previous couple of books in the series; that is, he gives 400 pages of exposition followed by a 150 page wrap-up. And what's the point of writing more in a review here? If you read the first eight books, you'll likely read this one no matter what I say, just like I'm going to continue reading the series in spite of the ever decreasing plot-to-word-count ratio.
