Alberto Yaruro albertoyaruro — So this is the last Sandman. Not a big deal really. Kind of boring - somber and slow. The art was nice. The last story had a bunch of quotes from "The Tempest" and I'm not much of a Shakespeare fan so it didn't really move me. Some nice creative touches but once again I'm underwhelmed and left wondering why this series is such a big deal.

Toke Ronex drengeroeven — I read this book one summer and got swept away in the intrigue of the monastery. The characters were fascinating as well as the mysterious goings on in the closed walls.

Joanne Yenko joanneyenkowee — Tells how food gets to the plate through three avenues - the typical modern economy way (McDonalds), the "organic" movement (Whole Foods meal), hunting and gathering (he hunts, gathers plants and mushrooms, etc…) Themes: corn!, use of fossil fuels, omnivore's have so many food options that it's hard to know what's good and what isn't I liked reading about the way the world works behind the scenes. I knew about how cows and chickens are treated, etc…, but was surprised to learn how un-environmentally friendly even organic food is.
