Mariana Medeiros marianamedeiros — I was worried about this one. All the sudden the main character has amnesia and the other is "missing". I kept with it, even though I was unsure whether this signified that it was going to go the way of other formula books. I couldn't have been happier when I finally got over it and got sucked into the plot.

Naresh Bindaas _indaas180 — This book was okay. The first 150 pages were a mixture of meh with a little action thrown in occasionally. At about 150 or so it picks up quite nicely though and doesn't stop till the book is over. It is one of those books that you would hesitate to recommend to someone, since it was kind of a thorn in my side the entire time I read it. I kind of just wanted to be done. However, that said, I enjoyed the characters and reading about the fictionalized Longfellow, I really just want to sit in that dark, fire-lit room around a long table and light cigars off of candles with the Dante Club.
