Violent Hajdini _iolent_hajdini — This book started out exciting, got really hot and dirty in the middle, went on just a little too long and ended without completely satisfying me. All the same, I'd probably read it again if I didn't have anything better to do.

Soukaina Elcadi soukainael057f — poneyboys tragic struggle to not be killed by the socs. they are a group of rich kids that think they rule the greasers.... but are they wrong !!! i loved how poneyboy grew from a weak character to someone with much courage and confidence. i also loved how this book can and has inspired people to stick up for your right and to not let anybody walk all over you. ms.woodard has this book in her library ! find it and enjoy a really great book !

Flavia Bahia flaviabahia — read very closely or you'll miss what's going on. VERY CLOSELY. this can be aggravating. but pretty much worth it, for all the work.

Tatiana Tatiana tatoodiaz17 — Definitely a costume-historical, in which no-one's attitudes are at all believably historical. The main plotline is Harry, our hero, a a spy for the government, and his work to protect the family of this girl he has a crush on. It's rather as if the Scarlet Pimpernel was thinking with his inexpressibles. It was enjoyable enough to finish, and I might read others by the same author, but it is not going on my buy-on-sight list.

Victor Roman victoroman — A friend at work brought me this one and suggested I read it. We've bonded over Harry Potter and Percy Jackson, so I know she's got taste. This one makes me question it a little bit. I agree with the reviewer who said this book was mediocre, unoriginal, and cheesy. It reminded me a lot of the Twilight series in that the characters were dopey and way too dependent on each other. The love story in this one may be even more ignorant and dependent than that one. The concept of the book was interesting, but it just wasn't once you started reading. I was bored and annoyed by the characters. It was a chore to finish this book.
