Heidi Anne heidiannemorris — Better as a reference book than a how-to-guide.

Da Ae daaemyung — I think this one is a wonderful, fast packing read. I read that book in less than 3 hours! I was into that book. I really enjoy it very much. I have read another book by Clive Barker. He wrote fantasy books. Different. I like his novels so far. I am supposed to read his sequel to Abarat called Abarat: Days Of Magic, Nights Of War. I will read that book eventually soon. :-) I think I will read more of his books in the near future. Back to to The Thief of Always. I learned that it is a fable story. I like that boy named Harvey in the story. Anyway, he is a major character in the book. He is very smart, for his own age, I believe like 12 years old. He knows what to do. He is fearless. He could see something is wrong with that house and everyone else. He won't let himself to believe everything is real. At first he believed everything was real but after a while, he realized it was not something right. He wanted to find more, and got more curious. Others did not care; they just were very happy. He had go on his own and find the hard way... The house he went to called Mr. Hood's Holiday House. I was like what is Holiday House exactly? As soon as I realize when I was reading further. Harvey and other children have different holidays every other day and night. Even the seasons changes in a short time! Interesting. I would love to have different holidays every day. I would want to get Christmas gifts every day. Ha. ;-) THe title was relatively good. At first, I was comtemplating what it was all about until near to the end. I started to understand everything! I am glad it had a very happy ending. A good closing. I like that!

Juan Moncada monkiesign — I saw the movie The Help before reading the book, which is unusual for me. Both are excellent and inspiring. I think they should be part of the curriculum in modern history classes - they really brought the day-to-day reality of the civil rights movement to life. The bravery of Aibileen, Minny and Skeeter will stick with me for a long time. Amazing book.
