Sebastien Duda sebastienduda — This book was a spin-off from a comic series (which was also made into a TV series) - and a follow-up book to Captain Pugwash A Pirate Story and Pugwash Afloat. As such I should really have known all the characters - but John Ryan does a great job of ensuring this book works well as a stand alone work. Overall this book wasn't spectacular, simply the usual mediocre fare from a long-running series.

Ark Jin arkark — I don't think that Dave Eggers is all that good, and this book was boring and full of half-hearted attempts to be an original author. But it wasn't really.

Miguel ángel miguelagarcia1986 — This books is precisely and thoroughly intended to dazzle –why, yes, pun intended– the XX chromosome. As simple as that. It's a light and fun reading, even if sometimes the main character gets on your nerves.

Mark Supremo _ark_upremo — First of all, I liked the concept - Heaven and Hell, demons among men, and what-not. Yet I had quite a few problems getting into this story...Beginning slowly, there were some small grammatical errors that bugged me, but soon the book became a lot more interesting. This middle portion was engaging, switching between character perspectives with brief cliff-hanger chapters and lots of action. I enjoyed it. But then, the end came. It wasn't bad - just not really engrossing. I found that I was reading a couple of paragraphs without realizing it - basically, it was OK. A little anticlimactic, but OK.
