Zhao Li 7511593121f49 — This was not my favorite Jackson Brodie book, but I'm still hooked. When I start one of these books I cannot put them down until I am done. I think that it due to the skill of Atkinson's writing as well as wanting to find out what will become of Jackson and all of the characters who are sucked up into mystery. As always, there are events which come full circle, and there are story lines left hanging. This time there was a pretty big one, like who the kid actually belongs to and why no one goes looking for her. And I did not understand the involvement of the Tilly character. She had an awful lot of page time for an otherwise marginal character. Still I find the Brodie books and enjoyable read and look forward to more.

Horia Mihai _ — Well, I finally finished it. It was probably my least favorite of this trilogy--too much Waterhouse and not enough Shaftoe. It sure took a long time to get going, but when things finally started to happen it was good times. Who would have thought--Daniel Waterhouse, action hero?

Yu Chen u188499645 — Another quick read that is purely for entertainment. The books are beginning to get a bit predictable, but the storyline is always engaging.
