I didn't, and there is nothing better than reading a good mystery that you can't put down! Nancy has done it again, her Regan McHenry cozy series based on her former career in real estate is made all the more interesting because of her willingness to take what she's seen, and what she's experienced and put it imaginatively in her books. This is what makes good writing, this is what makes a good read, and this is why The Regan McHenry series is something you will want to add to your library, whether it's on your Kindle or on your bookshelf. I highly recommend The Widow's Walk League.

Nikhar Jain nikharnowlfe64 — About as good as any serial romance has a right to be. They're silly, simple, escapist reading. This one is smut-free, which is a rare thing in the serial romance world.

Andrew Sanchez dudeitsand6adf — Another book club pick and a real treat. I would never have stumbled upon this story on my own, I'll bet. We selected the book based on the title of the book, synopsis, and author's photo (all were "cool"). The book is an intimate glimpse into the lives of immigrants from war torn Africa to our nation's capitol. The book contains beautiful descriptive passages about Washington and it's design/atmosphere. The protagonist is authentic and lonely. He is torn between two worlds; the one he was force to escape and the one where he found refuge.Sadly, though he doesn't feel comfortable in either world. Quick and easy read. Nicely written, but one of those books that makes you crazy because you want something "good" to happen to a passive, complacent protagonist.

Arian Sharifian asharifianb569 — I didn't agree with this 100% of the time. I do think that some discussions that involve more than two people are valuable and not just brainstorming. I do have meetings all the time, but most (!) of them are valuable in the current group I'm in. I have been in groups that suffer from exactly what this book is talking about. I'm not entirely convinced the "modern" meeting is a cure all though. I've asked a couple of people I know to also read it and give me opinions about how much of this should be applied.
