Christian Stevenson christianstevenson — Great book about a subject I formerly new nothing about! If you're interested in a tidbit of Australian history, this is the book for you. Takes place in the late 18th/early 19th century following the story of one convict exiled to New South Wales with his family and how he attempts to make it there. Very moving and tragic at times. Good read!

Sharaf Ali ksharaf0833d2 — Another strong novel my Robert. I know he aims these books for teenagers, but I still love the storylines and the writing. The pages just fly by! The only issue I really had with this book was the ending that just sort of tapered off unlike the rest of his books which generally end with a BANG followed by a slight conclusion. It's not like the story didn't have it's highlights (it did), I just wasn't expecting pages of nothingness after the major plot line had ceased. Even with this, I'd still highly recommend the book to others and can't wait until next year when the next book in this new and exciting series is released!

Dee Wilcox deewilcox — I saw this book listed as a graphic novel for adults and was excited to read this version. Turns out it's just the Elements of Style with a handful of art reproductions strewn throughout the book. Disappointing, but I think I'd rather have this version on my shelf than the unillustrated classic version.

Cesar Aguilar capis71 — I listened to this - downloaded from Audible Books. The reader is unfamiliar with the Tri Cities area of Washington State and mispronounced some of the place names. Something about listening brought all the weaknesses of the book to the ear . . . .
