Deobrat Das deobratdas0fa9 — ** spoiler alert ** I finished this book last night and I still haven't recovered. The first few chapters were okay, I liked them, but it felt like something was missing. I was missing the thing that made me love these books, although I didn't know what it was. Until Simon stepped in that demoncircle thing to get that cat. That's the point where everything changed for me. I actually said out loud: WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING? And my cousin, who was reading another book next to me looked at me like I'd gone insane. And the very moment that made my the happiest was when Jace said: "it's me. It's me." Then I found what I had been missing. My Jace *insert very sentimental sobbing face* I know a lot of you will probably be like: why the hell do you like a guy who is as cocky as Jace? And I honestly don't know, but he amuses me :) I had missed the real Jace although, while reading the previous chapters I was annoyed when Clary thought he wasn't her Jace. Probably because she was cockblocking herself by doing so, but I forgive her. In the end, she was right. The thing I liked the least about this book was, obviously, the Malec break-up. HOW COULD YOU CASSANDRA, HOW COULD YOU! If they don't get together in the end, you need to pay for therapy. Also, don't kill them. Or Jace or Clary or Isabelle or Luke. Because I kind of have a feeling that whoever is going to die, is a part of a couple and we all will cry. Because that's what Cassandra does. M I don't however think she'll kill Jace. Twice is enough, lady. Three times isn't a charm. I can't wait for City of Heavenly Fire. It's going to be amazing.
