The only person who has made her feel even close to normal since Kristen's death but he also makes her feel special and loved. But as Abbey and Caspian start to spend more time together the sense of normal that she started to feel becomes tangled as more and more secrets about Kristen's life start to be revealed. Abbey doesn't understand why her best friend would keep secrets from her and she struggles to come to grips with the fact that she might not have known her best friend as well as she thought she did. But when she finds out that Caspian is keeping secrets from her as well it nearly sends her over the edge. An amazing read of loss, love and renewal of life. I really enjoyed The Hollow. Definitely a page turner. Once you pick this book up you will not be able to put it down until it is finished. I had no problems connecting with any of the characters or the story. I absolutely devoured this book and I highly recommend this book to any one who loves YA. If you are a fan of L.J Smith then you will enjoy Jessica Verday.
