Valya Karnavalova valentinoxe5d0 — I read this book in about two days and it would've been most likely less than one if I didn't have to work. Even so, I work at a library and would try to sneak in as many pages as possible while hiding in the stacks. This book is the most rewarding of any series book I've ever read. You find out so much and the reader is constantly on the cusp of finding out something more and the world of Harry Potter becomes richer and richer. I wish I could wipe my memory clean just to be able to read the book again and enjoy the thrill of discovery once more! Yes, I'm aware of how geeky that is.

Usman Daud usmandaud — very dense, kind of exhausting, and not that well written (it gets repetitive). still, an interesting look at 20th century spain and what's shaped that place as it is now. interesting to me, anyway, as someone who doesn't know much about spanish history. the historical parts were what i found most cumbersome; things are far more interesting when tremlett talks about contemporary spain and the spanish way of life (if there is such a thing -- reading the book informed me of all the different types of spaniard, including the many who don't think of themselves as spanish). good for a flick through if you're interested in the culture, but there are probably other, better, books out there, although perhaps none that are as up to date?

Rajeev P rajeevpr — This was a fun little book. Quirky & cool. I would reccommend borrowing it or checking it out from a library since it takes just a few hours to read.
