Josephinne Id iaccesses691c — When I started this book I was reluctant to finish this series because I had been put off by the mediocre "Princeps Fury" but I went ahead and read this book because it is the last in the series. By no means was this a bad book, but the plot was kinda slow and the ending was lackluster. If I had to give a recommendation I would probably just say to finish reading the books so you can get closure, but don't expect a lot. I have read almost all of Butchers book now and I know he can write better than this. It almost seemed like he didn't really want to finish the series but felt like he had an obligation.

Roman Kazantsev romankazantcevc253 — This book is a seriously cool complement to Louisa May Alcott's "Little Women". It completely respects LW and changes none of the characters. It just fills in some huge gaps by recounting the same timeline from the parent's perspectives. The end result is a wonderful exploration of the nature of goodness in the real world. It is rewarding to immerse oneself in the sweetness of Little Women before reading this book.

萧 冬玥 cdshimei — This is one of those seven or so books that I keep loaning out to people because I think they just have to read them--and never get the books back. I have bought four copies of Watchmen since I first read it for a Graphic Novels class. I remember being completely astonished by the plot when I first read it, but the thing that keeps me coming back to it is the way all the stories, all the details and side plots, are brought together by the end and unified.
