The ending was absolutely amazing. To use Krysten's word, which I find most fitting to properly describe its amazingness, it was epic. The Trial of God is a play and these characters set up a trial against God, with defendants and prosecutors and they basically debate the merits and drawbacks to faith. It is very possibly the best book I've ever read. And the ending...I can't get over it, it's so great. It's mind boggling.

(This review will only make sense AFTER you read the book.) I found myself laughing and disturbed at the same time. "AlliedWasteCVSCitigroupCredit", "LandO'LakesGMFordCredit", "Onion skin jeans", "Apparat necklaces", "FoxLiberty-Ultra", "credit poles", "RateMe Plus app", Reverend Suk.... the list of funny/disturbing details in this book go on and on. I'm scared for our future; I'm scared because although I don't own an iphone or have a facebook account AND consider myself old-fashioned technologically... I'm still "rating" a book on an internet site. In my defense, I did read this book in the paper version, NOT on a nook/kindle/e-reader of any sort.

Lissa und Rose sind beste Freundinnen. Lissa ist eine Moroi, ein sterblicher Vampir. Rose ist ein Dhampir und beschützt Lissa. Und dann gibt es da noch die bösen Vampire, die es zu bekämpfen gilt. Die Tatsache, dass es Moroi, Strigoi und Dhampire gibt und im Verlauf der Geschichte näher darauf eingegangen wird, war bei weitem das Interessanteste an dem Buch. Der Handlungsort ist ein Internat, in dem sowohl Moroi, als auch Dhampire untergebracht sind. Im Laufe des Buches entwickeln sich unterschiedliche Handlungsstränge und Verbindungen zwischen den einzelnen Figuren. Wobei die Gerüchteküche und wer sich an wem wie rächt eine wichtige Rolle spielt. Obwohl die Geschichte einige interessante Punkte aufweist, war es für mich definitiv eins der schlechtesten Bücher die ich in letzter Zeit gelesen habe. Die Schriftstellerin konnte mich weder mit ihrer Schreibweise, noch der Handlung überzeugen.

Of Mice and Men was a fantastic book. From the beginning to the end of the book, I'd just wanted to keep reading because it was very interesting. This story may be very short, but it's never about quantity but quality. I really loved how there was friendship in this book, and it was very touching. Especially the ending, which will not be told because.. that would be spoiling the book; haha. I recommend this book to the people who are looking for a short but good book. This book is for you. It takes a journey of friendship and talks about how the bonds of friendship always stay together.. or do they?
