I did enjoy this book. I do wish I had started reading the Night Huntress World books though. I'll have to go back and start those. There were a lot of spoilers in this book about what happened in those books. Not a huge deal to me, its about how they get to those points not where they end up.

I had to finally give up on this series. There were just too many characters from too many different mythologies it broke the suspension of disbelief for me. Wish it had been a three our four book series.

This was a great book with excellent simple recipes. There are a few ingredients that are a bit tricky to find, but most are available at any average grocery store. The introduction provided a clear, simple overview to explain why choosing a mostly meat and dairy-free diet is greatly beneficial to health.

نیمه ی غایب، سناپور، کاری درخشان، نقطه ی عطفی دررمان نویسی ما. شخصیت ها، گفتگوها، فضاها، درک بسیارسنجیده از نسل انقلاب، چیزی که اغلب ایرانیان به خارج آمده سخت به دانستنش و شناختش نیاز دارند. زبان و فورم کار نیز زیبا و سنجیده است. به کار یک نویسنده پخته شباهت دارد. به تفاوت آدم ها در رفتار و گفتار، از سیندخت و خانواده اش تا فرهاد و خانواده اش و فرح و...بسیار ظریف پرداخته شده است. در برخی زمینه ها درازگویی شده، مثل افکار الهی و صحنه هایی در خارج از ایران و...رفتار برخی شخصیت ها در جاهایی گنگ است، چگونه سرنوشت فرح به آن آپارتمان زیر زمینی کشیده می شود، اگر سیندخت با مادرش تا آنجا که می خوانیم می رسند، چه شده که سر از آمریکا در آورده، اصلا چرا ناگهان سراغ آن آقا، فیضیان می رود و با او می خوابد و روز بعد با او چنان رفتار می کند؟ از لج فرهاد؟ از لج مادرش و زندگی اش؟ از لج این که همه از او انتظاری دارند که او نیست؟ برای تن به چنین هم خوابگی دادن و بعد شستن نجسی از خود و نمی دانم بیماری بعد و سیگار کشیدن و...دلایل کافی هست؟!

I liked this book, it catches your interest right from the beginning and keeps it til the end. It's a story about 2 girls who grow up best of friends, end up having an argument, then fast forward 10 years and it takes you to where they come together again.... A must read if you want to find out what happens to them....
