This was definitely a good read. The only issue for me is when it came to the ending. I'm left feeling frustrated after everything else was so great. But I must say, the play on rhyming and inverted names of famous people or pronouns in general was very nice :)

I'm never fond of mysteries that include segments from the point of view of the madman killer. I generally like the Maisie Dobbs mysteries very much, but this one wasn't quite as much to my liking.
