Better than I thought it would be but I still wanted it to be more about edward and less (much less) about jacob...it was not. I'm glad I finished the series but I won't be starting anything else that Meyer writes.

This book could be boiled down to one sentence: To be healthy, eat less meat. In terms of practical information or real in-depth nutritional information, it is severely lacking. I didn't find the recipes to be particularly appetizing sounding (peanute butter tofu dip-yuck) or creative (oatmeal for breakfast - gee never would have thought of that). Also, the lack to photos of what the dishes should look like is a real bummer. Don't waste your time or money on this book, there are so many better ones out there.

This was interesting....I had heard of Everett reuse in other books. Ending was disappointing. And a little too much detail in the middle. You started yearning to get somewhere.

Sorry, I know this is considered a masterwork amongst the "Brown-rice-and-red-wine" set, but at the risk of sounding like an anti-academic ham n' egger, I always thought Sartre was a cockeyed old pervert. I'll stick to Camus or Celine on the rare occasion I need a blast of old-fashioned Euro-sulk.

I am so glad to have Lily actually connecting with her new boyfriend Jack in such a way that he may become permanent. She has grown-up feelings, and recognizes them, and isn't running away from them, or Jack. Lily is growing, coming out of her shell, and becoming more confident in herself, and others. She is willing to see that opening yourself up to others and their feelings SOME times does not end in pain, and is trying, once more. Lily went to be in her little sister's wedding, and helped Jack solve a missing child case that transformed into a multiple murder case as well. It kept you guessing as to who the missing child was, right up until the end. The murderer was hidden from us as well. It is my favorite of the first three as well, and LOVE that it's a very serious series, and that they don't keep rehashing the details of The Bad Thing that happened to Lily, 8 (or so) years ago. Lily is faced with some demons of the past, and is better for it. She goes home and sees her family and friends, From Before her life changed, and lives through it. She hangs around some kids, and seems to connect with them, even though she's convinced herself she doesn't like them much. All in all, a damn good read. Very addicting, and I finished it in one day. I will read on, until the library doesn't have anymore.
