This tells the story of two people. Echo( a nymph girl) who always had to get the last word in, and Narcissus, who was obsessed with himself and thought he was too good for anyone. The story ends sadly with Narcissus because of his obsession with himself and Echo becoming weak and frail because Narcissus left her heartbroken. The story I read of Echo and Narcissus was a kid's story. I think it may have been shorter than the actual tale, but it was still a fun one to read. The characters are unusual and the story tells in a funny way how the actual echo came to be.
