Absolutley loved this book. I had a hard time putting it down and stopping. If I did not need to sleep I would have read it until I was done. I am looking foward to the books that come after this one and reading what happens to all of them. I enjoyed that the characters in her Demonica series came into this series as well. I missed reading about them. I hope that they continue to appear in her next books as well. I guess I will find out when they come out and I can get my hands on them. Which cannot happen soon enough.

August 2013 ... re-read, a good story, though there are some minor discrepancies in details from the earlier books written by Julie Campbell. Those were not noticeable as a kid ... but I noticed them now. But in general a good read, helping to enforce the lesson that we must not judge people based on what they look like. Some good food for thought.

Anansi Boys is very good book, as much about stories and the telling of them as it is about a particular story, that of Fat Charlie Nancy and his family. The resolution is not wholly satisfying, but it's not wholly unsatisfying either - like American Gods, the very ending felt trite, though not quite wrong. All in all, though, It's a fun read, and also a thoughtful one, full of great lines about stories (and songs) and what they do.

I love scene at courtroom. Instead of having some serious debacle about laws term ( still there btw ) Larsson inserted some witty remarks which i loved. I dunno, i am not that fond of some thriller genre but Larsson kept pulling me there. I kept my interest growing and my sanity remained. Hmmm, Salander as the main focus here is very unique character. She was so called criminal, introvert much, IT geek and hacker. She was being victimized by some of her dad's relations. Long story short, i didn't recall how many times attempted murderer happened to her or people around her to keep main issues not floating around. In the end, you can never really guess which antagonist mostly played their card because everyone took part. I learnt many things about laws, social references, IT, media publishing and of course crime scene thingy. Larsson is really good criminal author. Every little things there counts.
