Ravi Kumar imravi — READ THIS BOOK! VERY GREAT! (grandpa) One of the sections is filled interesting X-rays. Of course radiologists would have their own secret stash of strange and unusual - Apparently Gramps had notes at different hospitals instructing them to send him all those unnatural. My favorite, for it is quite morbid, is the one of the kid who got dared to nail nails into his head. He did. He would have survived had he taken them out.

Mustafa Hameed aboalsof938cf3 — Three stars doesn't seem to do justice to how engrossed I became in this book, but for some reason, four stars seems extravagant. This is my way of giving the book four stars without giving the book four stars.

Becki Sisson _ecki_isson — Gavin? I was so totally unprepared for that! I love the unexpected twists and turns of this story. So far, my favorite of the Fablehaven series.

Danielle Aspitz _ani_ose — Excellent upper elementary school novel. This is a Virginia Reader's Choice book. It revolves around a great mystery and has some excellent characters. Other themes family, fitting in, teasing, etc.

Q Lin linqing — I thought it was a pretty good book. It had a very intriguing beginning which made you want to continue. The title was a metaphor for both setting and to characters.
