Abdallah Hassan abdohfoxf545 — i thought nickel and dimed was going to be a sweet book to read but the more and more i read the book i just thought it was get more and more dull. I thought reading this book might provide some insight about how people really can live on the income low wage jobs provide. There are many people in the U.S. trying to live on low wages and I thought maybe this book would help me understand what theyre going through. instead the book was mostly just a bunch of whining how she couldnt take her jobs and it was such a struggle. although know this information was somewhat helpful encouraging me to try and now lived a low wage life.

Borja Muñoz borjamunoz158e — I do love C.S. Lewis, and that (along with the unreasonable conviction that every book deserves to be finished) is the reason that I continued to read this book. The characters were relatable and the story contained many astute illustrations of human character, but I simply was not drawn to it. Nevertheless, I'm glad I finally made my way through it.
