This book is just amazing and I do not want to put it down. The story is about 4 girls Aria, Spencer, Hanna, and Emily. This is the last book in the series about the 4 girls and their stalker, "A". Their best friend (who is a real b*tch) Ali, goes missing in the summer between 7th and 8th grade and OMG this is sooooooo good! There is a crazy twist at the end, and I was just like....WHAT?! ARE YOU SERIOUS?! Really good book. I like the show too.

While I enjoyed her descriptions of life in Pre-Castro Cuba, I was not very engaged with the characters in this book. My family left Cuba in 1962, soon after Castro took over the government. Kushner's descriptions of life on the island are very realistic and really give you a sense of the place, its food, heat, vegitation and the variety of people living in Cuba in the 1950s. I think she is attempting too much in this novel and when she spends time describing the revolutionaries, she loses the momentum in the story and its characters.

Great Book, I had to keep a dictonary By My side But I like it that way. I really Just Love the pure Distain for Doctors & Their Over perscribing of bullshit pills. It was very depressing & I love that about it. The Ending Is Kinda a Letdown But I feel A Book is allright even if the Ending sucks. Cause You read to enjoy every Paragraph Not just for the Conclusion Like A Movie. her love for Bruce Springstein at an Early Age made me want to listen to him more. & Her Being a Rock Critic Really Helped The Book along In timespan for me.

I LOVED this book. I cried my eyes out and got the biggest hangover from it. My review is on my blog. Although, I didn't add this on the blog, I think the script writer for the movie took the Daniel character and twisted him into the Daniel from the book and Daniel from the movie AND William (Gerry's childhood friend). Anyway, I loved watching the movie BEFORE reading the book..in this case, of course.

LOVE this book. It is awesome. The characters are well developed and at least the main characters are likable. It's a well written story that really has you turning the pages. Everyone one I know who'd read this one says the same thing - you just don't want to put it down. If you haven't read it already, I highly recommend it.
