The book has a lot of stories of fat people that made it through the program. There were some women that went from ugly to hot in the before and after photos. The book is great cause it teaches you about nutrition and shows you hot to lift weights, complete with pictures. Plus he gives you a formula on what to do to become a better you. I am finally going to do this program.

Finding our place in the world is difficult. For a child, figuring out what they want to be when they grow up changes throughout their life. This book is a wonderful analogy for finding your special place where you belong. Just as the seed floats around trying to find its perfect place, we search for our purpose and our place in the world. Word shape, movement, font, and color change to represent the words being read. When the seed floats down, the words appear to be floating down to the earth. Italic words mean the seed is thinking. This book is cleverly written and can be used in many lessons such as how appearance of words can change the meaning or interpretation. The most impacting part of the story is the end... "The beginning..." is written rather than the typical "The End." This story is about finding where you belong and where you can grow. When the seed finally starts to grow it is not the end of the story, it marks the start to a different story. For a student who is struggling to see where they are going this books creates the perfect motivation for patience and hope.

This book is astonishing... and complex but everything fits together beautifully. From the moment I opened the book... I was Hooked!!! Up reading until five in the morning. Falling asleep in bed, because my eyes just couldn't hack it after hours of reading with the book in my hand only to wake up and start devouring chapter after chapter again. This is one of the most (if not the most) magical books I've ever read. It is love undeterred. I laughed. I gasped. I wept like I'd lost everything in the world that ever mattered to me. Please... please, READ THIS BOOK. Trust me... :o)

Pues no, lo siento, no me ha gustado. Me ha costado horrores acabarlo, pero ya era una cuestión de orgullo. La verdad es que Espido Freire no escribe del todo mal... lo que pasa es que no me interesaba lo que me contaba. Creo que la novela era un poco pretenciosa y quería tocar muchas teclas, para mi gusto sin acabar de afinar en ninguna de ellas. Empieza a introducir una historia de misterio, pero divaga y divaga y nada, al final ni siquiera consigue que nos intriguemos. Empieza una subhistoria de guerra o postguerra, más costumbrista, sobre relaciones... y la abandona a medias para comenzar otra. En vez de agilizar la narración, estos saltos la hacen dispersa... pero sobretodo es que no ha conseguido que me interese por la vida de ninguno de los personajes que intervienen.
