Best book I've read in a long, long time. Certain passages were pure poetry. Ways of presenting information that sound gimmick-y in writing (Powerpoint presentation??) flow beautifully from the story. Interlaced time jumping to build beautifully drawn characters seems so natural and creates a fully formed canvas by the end of the story.

I can't say that I totally liked this book, but I also didn't hated it. It is a tie, I guess. Because the beginning was really good. Just like a good thriller should start. But then there came about 400 more pages and I was like...duh. Oookay. I wasn't really bored because the story was intrigueing and all but something was just missing, I think. Plus, all the info dumping and mentioning things all over again (especially when it came to the victims, I was a bit annoyed because we didn't wanna know everything at all. Like I said, the idea was good (the killer/victims plot at least) but after finishing this book I am seriously asking myself, WHAT the book wanted to show me. The ending was stupid and a bit out of context and it came kind of out of the blue. Like Jackson needed to finish it now. And the whole aspect with Faith, maybe I am dumb, but exactly why did he started the killing part and all? Very weird somehow. Anyway, not a brilliant book but one you can read. :)

AMAZING!!! loved it.... i love the format of her books were we always get some insight on everyone's life... i love that, the main characters didn't actually feel like they were that exactly but at the end of the day i didn't care because the overall book was amazing!!! i love Butch and V's story!!!
