I bought Sam some non-homogenized milk today and it got me to thinking...

Enjoyed this book - it is a subject that does not receive the emphasis that it deserves. All three positions were well stated & reactions were very clear. This type of studies helps one to see all sides of an issue & gives the opportunity to think through what one believes & why & how to apply & put in practice. A book that needs to be read, pondered & read again for the subject affects how we interpret & apply the Scriptures.

I really try to with hold 5 star ratings for books that are beyond amazing. This was so close to being there, that I went for the 5 instead of 4.5. If you like a teen character that is full of sarcasm, oozes of snarkieness, tends to defy authority without being rude, and learns that loves isn't what he thought it was, this is your book. We see very little of whiny Dee (the main character/POV from the first book) as this is James' point of view. But for those of you who like "you get what you had coming," there's a bit of that in here too. This was my favorite Maggie Stiefvater book so far - liked it even more than the Mercy Falls series.

Not a bad "grocery story" novel. The movie was horrible cheese though.

Although I find it difficult to really read anything in-depth onscreen, this ebook was packed with solid info. Maybe I was just especially motivated to soldier through despite continually losing my place on the screen, because this is a topic dear to my heart...

Summary: Harry Potter returns for his third year at Hogwarts and with concentrating on new classes and winning the Quiddich cup must also be put on his guard with Sirius Black an escaped murderer for the wizard prison Azkaban and is supposedly after Harry. Although one must keep in mind that things do not always appear what they seem. Thoughts: Part of this may have to do with Alan Rickman's delivery of the line but my favorite quote of all the Harry Potter books/movies is spoken by Professor Snape while substituting for the new Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher Professor Lupin, "Turn to page 394." on page 394 is the chapter on werewolves and by setting this chapter hopes a student will recognize Remus Lupin for his true nature. I love this because it is portrayed so dry but at the same time with great authority. Another thing I didn't realize before now is that however slightly has the underlining of prejudice in the plot. I believe this is shown through Professor Lupin, who's true nature is of a werewolf which is why he's been missing classes. Remus is described as having shabby dress with dark circles under his eyes. Somewhere in the book he is commented as saying that it is difficult for him to hold a job and after transforming, and putting students at risk, resigns from the post because "parents wouldn't want their children being taught by someone like me." Maybe I'm reading too much into this but I thought this was an interesting analogy towards racism or discrimination.

Very, very hit or miss. A few awesome contributors did not make up for a whole bunch of mediocre ones.

This book was absolutely amazing. I love how Stephenie writes. I am truly enthralled.
