Interesting and I learned a few new things like the fact that there are petrified forests in Yellowstone. I didn't know that. Otherwise it was a quick easy read - not too meaty. Nice bibliography in the back with descriptions.

I had meant to read this several years ago...but in a bout of good karma, I gave it to my sister-in-law to read on her way home from vacationing at my house...and never saw it again. (And in case you are reading this Charlene, you can still send it to me! heehee) So a friend discovered I had not read it and lent me her copy. I did see parts of the movie on TV, so some of the suspense was ruined, but I still felt it was quite an enjoyable read. What I appreciated about the book was the way it challenged your beliefs, gave you new things to think about, and yet still entertained. Any time a book leaves you with "something to chew on", it gets another star from me! I don't know if I've changed my religious beliefs because of this book, but I appreciate seeing another side of the story explained so well.

Aww. What a sweet story. You can really get into this wonderful story. To be able to do what Roxy can do, being a seer and helping spirits pass over. Wow! And I never would have guessed that about Brandon when he revealed his "secret". Boy! I was so off! LOL. I would recommend this book to everyone.
