i learned that there are different people in the coporate sector and you are best off communicating with all of them differently. i also learned that asking questions doesn't mean you don't know what you're talking about, it means things just aren't clear enough yet. argh. okay. i liked the book, but it's pretty old.

Love this book! So amazing, so powerful, so beautifully written! I definitely cried for about the last fifty pages, but there were also points when I laughed out loud. Everyone should read this. People who are into books will especially love it because one of the big themes is the power of the written word. I hope to teach this book to my high schoolers one day.
