This book was just so wonderful I could not stop reading! It was definitely more of a 4.75 for me than a mere 4. I could fully relate to so many of the motherhood horror stories and awful self-image and I laughed and cried the whole book. I just absolutely loved it and would recommend that all moms read it and remember that everyone is beautiful!

Her "Dykes to Watch Out For" comics are ok, but this book is amazingly good, and for any reader, dyke or otherwise. Her own lesbionic coming of age as she also tries to deal with the death/possible suicide of her father and the realization that he'd been having gay affairs her entire life. PLUS her growth as an artist etc etc. Good stuff and worth the time!
