I read it in Australia which made me love it more than I would have if I were exposed to it first in the US. This book combines four things I love to read about: Australia, junkies, hippies and sex. I can say with some certainty that there isn't another book out there that combines those four things better. Good work, Helen Garner!

"Is social media a waste of time for businesses?" This question gets asked and debated a lot. If the jury is still out on social media in your mind, then I recommend you read Likeable Social Media. Author Dave Kerpen answers the question about social media's business value on the very first page. He begins the book by telling the story of waiting in the check-in line at the trendiest hotel in Las Vegas. Frustrated, he pulled out his BlackBerry and tweeted about the unpleasantness of waiting for an hour. He got a return tweet — from a competitor of that hotel. Dave then writes, "Guess where I ended up staying the next time I went to Las Vegas." He points out that a single tweet resulted in a $600 sale for the competitor. That opening story is an example of the kind of practical insights you will get from Likeable Social Media: How to Delight Your Customers, Create an Irresistible Brand, and Be Generally Amazing on Facebook (& Other Social Networks). As the title indicates, the book is primarily about Facebook, with a healthy dose of Twitter for good measure. There are references, for sure, to other social sites such as LinkedIn. But mostly those are in passing or lumped in at the end. What you'll learn from this book are nuts and bolts about how to harness Facebook and Twitter for marketing purposes, to build a brand and deepen customer loyalty. I liked this book because of the many practical marketing examples and how-tos. The book always starts with strategic objectives -- but doesn't stop there. Keryy is a teenage mother trying to raise her child the right way.When I read this book I thought of my sister because she has a baby herself. She had him when she was 16. This book I can relate to my sister because Kerry wants to go to school and my sister wants to go to school but with the baby and everything. I think to myself where does my sister get the money? Who helps her? Did she think she made a mistake by having a baby at an earily age? Does that affect what she liked to do? I would like to help my sister take care of the baby.

I DESPISE the way this is written. I hate the weird fonts, the unneeded shapes made with words that make you wonder where to continue reading... and the worst part is that no matter where you pick it up in the jumble of letters, it seems to almost make sense... but never fully. I had high expectations for this book and maybe thats part of the problem... I understand the girl is high, I understand her life is in turmoil, but my brain is aching just trying to read this. I'm really hoping it picks up from here. That was when I was a mere 38 pages into the book.... I finished "Crank" but can't bring myself to read the other books that were jumbled into one... I detest this book, hate it with a passion, wouldn't recommend it to anyone... I don't like the style, there is no point, there is no real ending, the character is not likable, she just seems like a spoiled brat looking to seek revenge on everyone around her... Thats just my two cents, but I don't recommend it to anyone.

Wow! Ms. Flynn has done it again! Why am I not surprised? When I first read the blurb for this book, I almost waited to read it just because I was not sure how being mated to twins was going to work since in all of her other books, none of the mates were related to each other. I am happy to say my concerns were totally put to rest, this book is just as hot, and the world building is just as spectacular as all of her other books. I loved Dillon’s secret gift and how he was able to use it to help the O’Hagans and their friends. I will not spoil it for everyone by telling you what it is, but suffice it to say, you will so not be disappointed; it adds some real spice to the story. Now I am waiting with baited breath for the next book in this series which I am certain is going to be every bit as good as this one and well worth the wait! I encourage anyone who loves paranormal romance, even if you have never read gay romance, to check this one out. It is very very good! Kellerman (son of two other authors I read, Jonathan and Faye), has his own style from his parents. They are straight mystery writers, Jonathan favors more of a noir style. This one has some good background on the life of a medical intern, and great plot twists at the end. The payoff here is a little more fully realized than in Sunstroke, Kellerman's first novel.
