It is a good conversation starter. I don't agree with all of the solutions, especially the author's approach to Social Security and Medicare. But, the authors emphasize a new way forward on social issues. As with David Frum's "Comeback," the authors rightly note that Republicans and conservatives need to expand their social causes beyond just homosexuality and abortion: An emphasis on strengthening the family should begin to take precedence. It is a good book.; but, like I said, it is really just a great conversation starter.

this book is difficult to read at first because there are a lot of words that arent easy to understand. its more of an adult book and some of the names are hard to keep up with scince there are so many. ishmael did a good job creating this book and its sad the things he had to witness.

We all know that C.S. Lewis is genius, but you won't fully grasp the extent of his ingenuity until you read this book! He writes this book in a series of letters from the devil to his nephew. In this book, the devil (Screwtape) is trying to teach his nephew (Wormwood) how to best lure mankind away from God. C.S. Lewis effectively makes the reader realize how real the battle is that we are fighting, and how Satan's grasp on us comes in the most subtlest and unassuming of ways. A MUST READ. If I had to recommend one C.S. Lewis book, it would definitely be this one!
