this book was amazing but then i am a little biased to this series. as always the beginning is the same for a refresher but in a different point of view. the ending was very good, i shed some tears lol. cant wait for the next one.

I found Goodman's ability to establish and build characters amazing, but wished perhaps that what was more a series of snapshots in the lives of the Markowitz family was more fluidly and completely told. I also felt that perhaps I needed an old Jewish grandmother to truly understand how well she captured the nuances of this family and their changing relationships to one another as time and life's events evolved them as individuals

What a pity this was never finished when it gets off to such a great start. In a short wrap-up, my version states where Jane Austen had intended this book to go as told to her sister. Surely someone could finish it? I was certainly happy to know how it was supposed to end.

-I decided to read this book because I watched the movie and I absolutely loved it!!! -The category on the bingo board that this book completes is a book written by a male. -What I liked about this book was the general excitement e.g. a part where Lucy, Susan and Peter are trying to find Edmund and some wolves come up and start chasing them. I also liked the way that Aslan didn't stay dead, instead he came back to life and helped the children fight against the evil witch. -What I didn't like about this book was the fighting scenes where people got killed or injured (I don't like it when bad things happen in books). -I would recommend this book to people from age 5 to age 100 because it is a book that the whole family will enjoy. Children under the age of 5 might not understand some of the parts in the book. Also, the book is easy to comprehend.
