Mrs. Samuel was my English teacher when I was twelve and I only put her name down because I'm tired of thinking of specific people to whom I want to recommend EACH BOOK. I recommend this to all of you, folks, all of you. Gavin is right (and I'm not just saying that because he said I was right about Waterland): this is a lovely novel, narrated by a bunch of old men and some other people. No, seriously, the old men are lovely. It's like you're sitting with each of them at a pub and hearing his life story, and then at the end, after you close the book, you realise how heartbreaking it all was. It's so different from Waterland I often can't believe the same man wrote them both, but it's Good.

Well,um....i see now i never rew-ed this. It was....ok. It was also weird. I hated Nora.She felt bipolar. You know what I mean. But that's no reason to give it just 2 stars. It's the strange little inconsistencies. Like...how did Patch want (in Nora's eyes) Marcy for guilty pleasures when he could not feel...well sex and kissing.Is there some other way of having guilty pleasures with a girl that involve her leaving her clothes around your car? Strange...

Absolutely loved Mythic... The entire concept the characters I didn't find anything lacking! It was a complete cliffhanger for me and I can't wait for Blood Moon! The characters faced so many conflicts and all around tough decisions. I didn't see the twists and turns coming in this book at all! A definite must read!

Loved it! Fast-paced action, awesome world, witty heroine, swoon-worthy male characters and... Well, it kind of has everything a great UF book needs to have! A very promising start to a new awesome series!:) 4.5 stars! (the .5 goes to the narrator who did a fantastic job in my opinion)

Dave Hickey is sneaky. He ropes you in, take you for a ride and brainwashes you as he supposedly opens your eyes. He is a mad genius. Hate him or love him, he'll take what you got and double it. Required reading for anyone with a BFA or thinking of taking that lifestyle leap.

This may be Austen's least technically sophisticated novel, but as far as I'm concerned, it's the most enjoyable. Yes, sometimes I wanted to shake Catherine for being so naive, but mostly I was just laughing. And Henry is probably the only Austen hero I could see someone being happily married to for more than a year.
