This book is such a quick and easy read about the dangers of eating some conventional foods. It lets you know what you should eat organic or locally grown and what you can eat conventionally grown. I am most definitely going organic. Everyone should also know what the dirty dozen is! You'll be grossed out at what you've been eating!

I thought this made for a pretty good Audible listen. If you dig possible future scenarios and some of the more absurdist imagery mixed in with your fiction reading then Max may be a good author for you to check out. Considering all of the extremity of society at large in this story I thought it contained some reasonably likable characters. I'll be reading more from this author if I get the chance.

You need to be familiar w/ English comedy to enjoy this book to the fullest. He references many people and shows that are only known in the UK. Even though he includes a footnote to these many references it doesn't quite capture the original humor.
