I pretty much liked i; it was a good vacation book, you know? Pretty good mystery. But sometimes these british/victorian/mysteries get a bit rote. Anyway, this mystery was a good one, but we got to read a lot about the main character and how terribly handsome he was, smart, amazing reflexes,sexy sexy sexy, and of course the prerequisite a little-bit-damaged-from-some-past-event. I guess this is a first in the series. Not sure if I'm reading the others, though.

Has to be the most accurate book on living the american 'dream' ever written. He gets it right on, the drone like existence of working a 9-5 type job and assimilating into a large corporate environment. Although, if you are digging what you do and like to go shopping on the weekends to pass time, then this book is not for you. Nice bit of counter culture raging, I think it's a good read and will get you thinking about the things we all take for granted.

I finally read this after having it recomended to me by two friends on diffrent occassions. I will share this book with my two boys when I feel they are old enough. Some amazing lessons about human relationships in this book.

Entertaining at first, but becomes a bit repetitive after a while, I mean, its about stripping over and over and over. Did learn some interesting (and gross) information about what happens in those back rooms and peep shows, and also the business side of stripping. Apparently, if you don't get enough dances, you owe the club at the end of the night!
