A bit more graphic than the first, but other than that I was more entertained. It's getting better as the story goes on. The main character, Zoey, annoys me sometimes but hopefully it doesn't get worse as the books go on.

Loved loved loved this!! My heart really went out to Ryder in this and loved how Dillon stepped aside at times to allow Ryder's and Alison's relationship to grow. Many times menage stories everyone just seems to fall into the relationship too easily but in this we see the work that goes into it and the understanding everyone must have.

What can I say about this story. Is it complex or rich or even that well written, nah. But it didn't need that, you see this was born out of the same thought processes that gave us the original "Secret Wars" storyline with the Beyonder. What if we created a bad guy so powerful, no 1 super hero could defeat him. Even cosmic level entities such as Galactus and the Celestials would have to team up and maybe even they couldn't stop him. Its pretty much just an only vaguely cohesive plot hook to allow us to have epic and crazy fights and cool art. Its good old fashioned silly comic book fun. Its the sort of thing I use to do in my head while I was bored waiting for my mom to pick me up after school. This kind of nonsensical black and white hyper action laced comic book story is at the heart of layers that make up my comic book fandom. So I bought it and reread it (actually until last year I had all the floppies but I sold them and then got a hard cover instead. See, I wrapped my childish nerd nostalgia in adult nerd collectorism. It it ain't hard back it ain't getting on my shelves these days). Guess what, this story is still fun today. I don't know if we are likely to see another powerful and silly story premise like this in today's ultra-serious comic book environment (I have hopes for the recent Avenger's Infinity Quest sotryline, so we'll see) and I'm not sure if that's good or bad. I'd probably come down on the side of, ....eh...I don't know. But seriously go read this if you love super heroes cause this is super hero-ness at its most raw, fighting a big bad guy with other super heroes and some cosmic space gods.

This is the masterpiece for Dan Brown, till the moment. I know that "The Davinci Code" do have more fame, but this book is just was made to be the best by combining all good stuff in one place. Thriller, Historic, Informative and more yet very rich of philosophical questions about the religion and science. even After you finish the story, you can not tell who are the Angels or the Demons. You will just get the right idea about right principle.

Mireille Guiliano writes in a warm and friendly tone, as if you had an older sister or cousin (that was French, cultured, intelligent, wise, and happened to be the CEO of Veuve Clicquot)It's a great book if you're looking to bring some je ne sai quoi to your life or simply woul dlike to learn how to slow down and live a little bit more like the Europeans do. The occasional recipes won't impress any huge gourmands but the simple bits of advice and light way of looking at life makes this an easy read and and the conversational tone makes you want to turn the next page.
