La autora vuelve a superarse, cambios de narrador, giros en la historia y explicación de muchos de los mitos que rodena al mundo Fae son revelados en este último libro de la saga, una gran recomendación para aquellos que gustan de las novelas urbanas. Un final inconcluso que nos hacen pensar que la autora regresara para expandir mucho mas su creación, espero que mantenga ese ritmo rápido y conciso, sobre todo porque es una de las pocas escritoras que conozco que toma con seriedad el apartado del sexo en sus personajes, dando un punto de vista mucho más natural y humano.

I ended up liking this book more than I thought I would. I felt the character grew as the book/time went on-as it should. At first I felt annoyed because it was a younger me that could have related better to this book but then towards the end I connected with it as well.

I remember feeling very strange and almost shameful that I was so fascinated by the death part of this book. I think I read it over and over and over again, probably because I didn't understand it, probably because I didn't yet know about terrible secrets I just wanted to be included in them.

This book was boring, far-fetched, and poorly-written. The main character is a spoiled, unlikeable teenager and the plot takes forever to get going. Had I not enjoyed some of Ahern's other books, I doubt I would have finished this one. Ahern can, and has, done better. Not recommended.

As I was reading Susan Boyle's memoir, it was completely stunning. When I first caught a glimpse of her on YouTube singing a rendition of "I Dreamed A Dream," it just blew me away. When I look back on her early years and her personal life as a train-wreck, I made comparisons to my life on what really happened to me that day. There are a couple of things that both Boyle and I have in common: we both have learning difficulties and have a strong passion for music. The lesson I've learned from her was to not label yourself or other individuals with a disability in a negative way, by taking out the three words and you have the "ability" to do others things that is worth your talent. Everybody with different advantages have the passion and talents they're born with. God has given everyone a gift of their abilities for every field of interest they're willing to pursue especially when they're born with those kind of advantages. I think her book "The Woman I Was Born to Be" has done it all, and I salute Susan for that.
