It wasn't one of Stephanie's better books. The characters made me want to yell at them "come on people, just tell each other how you feel" I mean it shouldn't take an accident to make someone say I love you. I love Stephanie's books, but this wasn't one of my favorite ones.

This is a marvelous primer for people considering non-traditional (i.e. non-monogamous single partner) love/romantic relationships. It covers everything from someone having an affair in a monogamous single partner relationship to triads, with some discussion of bisexuality thrown in. I started reading a topic I was familiar with and thought the authors were being masters of the obvious, but if you aren't at all familiar with some of these ideas, you probably do need that level of detail, so I can't fault them for it. I've already ordered it so I will own a copy.

4.5 STARS What a great story. Don't let the length of the book or the audio book ssway you - it is well worth it. The first disc grabbed me as most of the book takes place in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and having just been there last year, it was like hearing about an old friend. I loved when they would refer to something and I could see, smell, or sense something that I was missing. Highly recommend

Funny and sweet story about vampire tired of vampire life who wants to find the solitude and some meaning in his long life with a little help of his friends - unconventional pack of werewolves. Things don't work exactly as he planned as all hell descends on his new home: his friends, his friendly and sexy vet neighbor Tate, werewolf's sister, feral cats and, finally, his psychotic ex. This was entertaining, at moments farcical, take on supernatural beings. Werewolves who are getting help with flee control, sing show tunes with their vampire friend, vampire who feeds stray cats and finds pleasure in renovating his house... equals a lot of fun. If you want a serious paranormal story with the usual angst and horror - this isn't a book for you. Want some fun? Crying for the Moon fits the bill perfectly.
