I thought this book was very interesting and well-written, but not as amazing as some reviews described. I was more interested in reading about what was going on in Italy during this time than anything else. I was expecting more discussion of art, but it centered more on her personal story. Overall, still a very enjoyable read.

I got this book for free on my Kindle through Amazon which was a bonus because I was looking at buying it anyway. In the end, I'd say that while I didn't really care for the writing, I really enjoyed the tale. It was set in 1st person, which I generally don't like but the flow of the tale and the way in which it was told took over and I continued reading. There are two more books in the series I believe. I wouldn't mind reading them at some point, but they're not really high on my list right now.

This book used to be my go to book. When I was younger I would always read it. I would always want to try green eggs and ham because I believed there were actually green eggs out there somewhere. You can make fun all you want, but I still want to find some green eggs somewhere. This book was a good book for people to read who don’t want anything to do with anyone (non-social people) so that they can get a sense of if they just open up they can maek new friends. Trying something new can change your life. At the end the guy that was trying to run away the hole time actually took the time to try soemthing different and actaully liked it. I think that is a good story for anyone to read and learn something from.
