Dave helped me understand that my world view about money was all messed up. I thought I was doing fine, but could do better. After reading Dave's book, I saw that I was a financial disaster waiting to happen. Bob and I both read it, took it seriously, and conducted some "plastic surgery" (ie: cut up the credit cards.) We also started our budget and setting clear, identifiable goals. We are already working the "snowball" - you will have to read the book to find out what that is - and seeing results. Highly recommend this to everyone, whether you think you are a financial genius or not!

All in all this was a good a book, but at times the author was very repeative in the sotry line, explaining what had happened in the previous book. In a series I understand that at every beginning you want to give a refresher in what happened, that is fine, but doing that through the whole entire book, gets rather irrating. Also the love story between Eric and Sookie doesnt seem to be entirely there. When Sookie was with Bill it seemed more beleavable. It just seems like the only reason Sookie is with Eric is because of the sex, other than that i don't feel there is much chemistry between these two characters. I am hoping in the next book the author will put more feeling into Eric's and Sookie Relationship. It seems to me that Eric has more love for Sookie than she does for him.
