I won't even critisize the content, because I realize there are some books that have content that does not interest me. However, this book could have been written by a semi-talented 8th grader. It was ridiculous. You can bet I won't be reading anymore books by this author.

Charlie, the youth who writes these letters to a stranger, studs his writing with good stories and relatable fears. The story falls short when it gets a bit hokey at points and feels like an afterschool special by the end, but the cute, lovable narration almost makes up for it.
