Sebastián Mere _ebastian_ere — Very interesting (and tragic) situation that this family is going through. Gut wrenchingly sad. I enjoyed the way each chapter was written from different characters' perspectives, and how even the fonts changed to reflect their different personalities. Cool touch. This is my first of Picoult's books, and I while I would consider this one a good read, I can't say I'm in a hurry to go read another by the same author. I don't want to cry that hard again for a good long while.

Action John actionjohn — This is a collection of stories centered around women who have crushes on other women (but not necessarily are lesbians). It could be the amazing actress who sends your mind reeling to “I wonder…” to a colleague or friend who seems to somehow push all the right buttons and make you ponder “what if…”. It’s all about curiosity here. As the editor points out, crushes are fantasies about unlikely relationships and I think we’ve all been there. Each story was extremely well-written and positively dripped with wanton question but like always, there were favorites with “The Out-of-Towner” by Delilah Devlin being the cream of this sensual crop.

Jim Choy jchoya9ae — I've read this before once or twice. Now I'm rereading it for book club.
