Yesung Kim romancerye — Ray Bradbury should forever write short stories. His full length novels have been a bore to me, but his collections of short stories are fascinating and so well-written that I get into each one just as whole-heartedly as the last.

Lukas Bauer lukasbauer6939 — This is book one of the series so there is a lot of world building. Setting the scene for this very damaged former spy. Gabriel Allon lost everything while working for Israeli intelligence. His wife and child were murdered because of him. He left the agency and focused on his passion for art and has become an internationally renowned art restorer. But when the murderer of his family strikes down others, Allon is convinced to act. It is a well researched novel and meticulous in its detail. Sometimes that's tedious to read. Allon is a sympathetic character but the enemy was also made sympathetic as well. The horror goes in all directions when talking about Middle East terror. I will definitely continue reading the series (I listened to a later book and it was terrific) but this one took a while to get into and get through.

Soha Srawi sohabakr — Easy easy easy read. Pretty boring at first, but the ending got and made me want to read the 2nd book.
