Natália Xavier nataliacxc — This was an absolutely delightful book about (as the title says) four sisters and the young boy they meet on their summer vacation. The story (and the series itself) sort of reads as a more modern version of the Ballet Shoes by Noel Streatfield (if anyone remembers reading those as a child). The sisters, Rosalind, Skye, Jane, and Batty, are a fun mix of personalities: Rosalind, the oldest at 12, tries desperately to take care of her younger sisters, as she promised at her mother's deathbed. Skye is the tomboy of the family, Jane the dreamer, and Batty an independent minded four-year-old. There's nothing profound about the story, but the misadventures of the family are wonderfully and simply told. This would be a great book for reading aloud with younger children (probably around 6 or 7 and up).

Camilo Bonifaz elbonifaz — If you're on the bench about reading this book, and like fun, light-ish stories, then this book is definitely for you! It's about a girl who's looking for her identity separate from her famous parents. She's got a loving father, who despite being the most famous James Bond ever, is a softie at heart, who gets emotional very quickly; think crying during Cheaper by the Dozen. And then there is her mother, the most famous Bond Girl Ever, Heavenly Melons. So when she escapes to London, she thinks she's left all behind. Or has she? I loved this book! It was funny, sweet, dramatic, suspenseful, and very entertaining. It's almost 475 pages and I finished it in about four hours, more or less, only putting it down when I had to. I had read the premise for this book a long time ago, and was eagerly awaiting publication of this book. I was worried that the book might not live up to what I was hoping it would be, but it met my hopes and passed them. I put off reading the book for a couple of months after I had gotten it and finally picked it up today, and I am ever so glad that I did, and you will be too!

Elayakumar D _layakumar — a friend got me to read this, and i liked it more than i thought i would. i'm not really into science fiction too much, but this book was still good.
